Our murder and rate and the number of shootings has gotten so bad that it’s gone from just plain sad, when, last week a father was shot and killed while dressing for work in his second floor bedroom, to almost completely unbelievable: A woman was shot last night WHILE ATTENDING A CANDLELIGHT VIGIL for a previous shooting victim.
